Who We Are

In 2009, a lightbulb went off in Greg Antonioli’s head. Greg had been running his remodeling company since founding it in 1992. After completing a remodeling project, he found many of his clients were turning to them as trusted advisors for all things related to their home maintenance, often wanting them to handle small repair & replacement projects. “I had to acknowledge that my remodeling business was not well-structured for this kind of work, and many of our clients’ issues could be prevented if we were allowed to become stewards of their homes…not just emergency responders. To do it well, we needed to create a separate business, dedicated to this approach.”
