FirstCall Residential was started by Greg Antonioli, founder and president of FirstCall's parent company, Out of the Woods Construction & Cabinetry, Inc. Greg has helped select homeowners maintain, restore, and reinvent their homes since 1992. He has a reputation for providing outstanding quality and excellent customer service, which has, in turn, earned him high client loyalty and repeat business. Both are a testament to the commitment of Greg and his exceptional staff to quality and integrity.
Greg is a former president of the Eastern Massachusetts Chapter of NARI (the National Association of the Remodeling Industry). As a visionary leader in the industry, Greg has written and blogged for the industry's largest trade publications and speaks nationwide on business topics such as open-book management, which he practices at both FirstCall Residential and Out of the Woods Construction & Cabinetry.
Greg is known for his passion for learning, tireless follow-through, and creative approach to preventing future problems. He is able to offer top-notch service to clients by fostering a culture of excellence on his teams. This culture is not only behind the success of Out of the Woods, but it is also the principal value from which FirstCall Residential springs.
